Signings.io is a digital closing platform created to simplify and modernize mortgage loan closings. The system helps signing companies, signing services, and title companies deliver faster, simpler, and more secure loan closings to clients.

The platform offers a platform where notaries from all places can register, get listed, and be connected to clients looking for their expertise.

Signings.io can also automate text and email reminders and notifications to clients so they can feel more prepared and comfortable with the entire closing process.

The app also has a REST API that is being used for the admin panel and a mobile app.

PHP, Laravel, React, and Mysql was used for development and the app is live on AWS. A few automation scripts written in Python are also a part of the project.
